 Welcome to the website of Sarah Theiss! Sarah is a proud member of the PLATINUM Circle of Excellence at John R Wood Realtors and has been an award-winning, full-time Realtor in Naples, FL since 1991. Originally from Monmouth County, NJ, Sarah enjoyed many happy days on the Atlantic Ocean as a child. A graduate of the University of MASS/ Amherst, she began her real estate career in 1985 in Western MASS. However, her love for the sea and large bodies of water, in addition to a pressing desire to find a beautiful and highly amenitized community in with to raise a young family eventually led Sarah to a life in the paradise we all know as Naples, FL. 

While Sarah has sold all types of property during her 20+ year career in Naples, her specialty is creating new and previously unimaginable lifestyles for her clients and customers on or near the water. She has woven her coastal and northern knowledge into a symbiotic understanding of the sub-tropical lifestyle.
